NV3C promotes educational and employment opportunities in the construction trades and creates pathways to begin and sustain rewarding construction careers in the Northern Virginia region.

The Coalition will achieve this by working in coordination with 

• Employers in the construction industry
• Public & private educational institutions and programs
• Community & government organizations involved in the training and hiring pipelines
