Christi is the Workforce Development Specialist for NV3C.  She brings a background in clinical psychology, training, and facilitation, along with extensive experience in workforce development and community engagement. She has worked closely with schools, nonprofits, employers, and community organizations to connect students and job seekers with career opportunities, while building partnerships that expand access to education, training, and workforce resources. Her strengths in outreach, program coordination, public speaking, and relationship management have helped drive successful initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
