Tim Frizzell serves as Vice President, Human Resources – Northeast Division for Vulcan Materials Company, bringing approximately 20 years of professional experience in organizational leadership and human resources. Since joining Vulcan in 2006, Tim has progressed through a series of leadership roles, including Manager and Director of Organizational Leadership and Development, before serving as Vice President of HR for the Southeast Division from 2016 to 2023. In his current role, he leads human resources strategy and talent development initiatives across the Northeast Division, supporting workforce growth and organizational effectiveness.

Tim’s career is distinguished by his strong foundation in organizational psychology and employee development. An interesting aspect of his background is his academic specialization—he holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, which informs his strategic approach to leadership and workforce engagement. He currently resides in Herndon, Virginia with his wife, Kelley, and their dog, Georgia.
