With more than 25 years of construction experience, the founder of Alpha Solutions began their career in 1998 as a laborer mixing concrete, steadily rising through the ranks through persistence, hard work, and self-taught skills. In 2024, he launched Alpha Solutions, quickly growing the company from just two trucks into an expanding operation recognized for its reliability and strong work ethic.

What sets this leader apart is his deeply personal approach to management—remaining present on job sites and leading by example. An interesting and defining aspect of Naaman’s  journey is his philosophy of “following the pressure,” embracing challenges as opportunities for growth while actively mentoring future leaders and preparing to one day pass the business to the next generation.
