Mike Quadros serves as Vice President of Concrete and Dry Utility Operations at E.E. Reed Construction – East Coast, a role he has excelled in since joining the company in 2006. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike leads the company’s self-perform concrete operations, overseeing pre-construction planning, scheduling, and crew management. He also provides executive-level oversight across projects, ensuring excellence in quality control, safety, cost management, and client and subcontractor relations.

Mike’s career reflects a strong foundation in project management, having advanced from assistant project manager to senior leadership while delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across both public and private sectors. An interesting aspect of Mike’s professional journey is his commitment to developing the next generation—he has taught Project Management Academy courses at Northern Virginia Community College for several years, sharing his expertise with aspiring industry professionals.
