Michelle Cribbs serves is the Workforce Development Coordinator for NV3C and an advocate of opportunities.  A dedicated leader in construction workforce development, Michelle plays an active role in advancing the mission of the Northern Virginia Construction Careers Coalition (NV3C). Her work focuses on building innovative pathways into the industry through  collaborative partnerships with local K-12 school divisions, higher education, social service/government programs, and trade associations.

Passionate about education and access, Michelle is committed to growing a highly skilled and diverse workforce by promoting both traditional and emerging construction career paths. She elevates the industry’s limitless opportunities—highlighting how success often begins with simple principles: showing up on time, giving full effort, and remaining coachable. Looking ahead, Michelle aims to expand collaboration between industry, education, and community partners to create sustainable career pipelines that support economic growth and long-term stability across the region and Commonwealth of Virginia.
